This AMAZING butter was created by our friend (and part-time team member at our Smokehouse Store) Yulia, for her local West Coast Dumplings business.  We've enjoyed it with her dumplings, and then we tried it with our crab -- WOW!   Made with butter, chives, Gorgonzola cheese, and garlic.
