With a mix of comforting favorites, savory seafood bites, and ready-to-enjoy smoked salmon, it gives you an easy starting point for building a spread your guests will want to come back to.

Keep the collection on hand for holidays, dinner parties, weekend get-togethers, or those nights when appetizers become the meal. Serve everything together for a full spread or bring out a few favorites at a time.

Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Thaw the Halibut Mousse and Candied Smoked Salmon under refrigeration. Thaw the Scalibut Cakes in the refrigerator before cooking. Keep the Mac & Cheese and Bacon Wrapped Scallops frozen until ready to cook.

Bake the Mac & Cheese at 375°F for 30–40 minutes, or until the center reaches 165°F. Bake the Bacon Wrapped Scallops at 400°F for 30 minutes, turning halfway through, or air fry at 400°F for 16 minutes, turning halfway through. Pan-fry the Scalibut Cakes over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, or bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes.

Serve the Halibut Mousse and Candied Smoked Salmon chilled or at room temperature. Serve the hot appetizers warm, arranged together on a platter or serving board for an easy spread.
