Starting with premium farmed Atlantic salmon, we season with a blend of honey, tamari, olive oil, and spices, creating a savory flavor with a touch of lemon brightness. Every fillet is slow-cooked over natural wood smoke, creating a tender, flavorful salmon that stays true to our heritage while offering a bold new taste.

Our Hot Smoked Atlantic Salmon is sourced using Best Agricultural Practices (BAP) in Chile.

About Our Hot Smoked Salmon

Hot smoked salmon has long been SeaBear’s signature, and we are thrilled to keep expanding into additional delicious, flavorful varieties – each in small batches, and quick-frozen to lock in all the authentic smokehouse flavor.

Make sure to keep frozen until use. When you are ready to prepare, pull from the freezer and thaw under refrigeration at 38°F or below. 

Stays fresh for up to six months while frozen, up to 21 days while refrigerated unopened, and up to 4 days while refrigerated and opened.
