"I have been ordering both the gift boxes and the trio for almost 40 years for employees and friends. Everyone thinks they are getting something really special and always is very thankful. It may be a bit pricy but try to find a wild caught salmon, then clean and filet it and then smoke it, package it and ship it and it is pretty good value for a special gift. We will be ordering more this year, we give to folks who work in our yard, fix our furnace and friends and family."

AWFULLY PRICEY FOR SALMON

"To be clear, this is a perfectly good and delicious product, but in candor, I cannot justify a future purchase. Its just far too pricey. $110 for just 3 lbs. of smoked salmon? That's almost $40 per pound!!! That's far more than the finest (sashimi) grade yellow-fin tuna in the world. No sir! That is just far too pricey. I guess it helps pay for the fancy packaging."
