Dry & flaky/crumbly!

"I've never had a mousse that crumbled when you tried to use a knife to spread some on a cracker. Flavor seemed just OK, but consistency made it difficult to enjoy when it would roll off crackers. I added a little Hellman's Mayonnaise and it helped somewhat. It doesn't seem to me one should have to doctor a ready to eat item to make it editable. I think it had been frozen to long and freeze dried. I opened it just a few days after it arrived. would not buy again. will review other items as I try them."
