Enjoy as a side dish, or with a side salad for a truly satisfying entrée.  This Smokehouse creation features tender penne pasta, a thick & rich 4-cheese sauce (Mozzarella, White Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Parmigiana), and just the right amount of our Gerard & Dominique brand’s indulgent smoked Alaskan Weathervane Scallops. A final sprinkling of cheese creates a bubbly cheesy top layer.

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO BAKE. Ovens vary; cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Remove film from top of tray. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place tray on baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes or until sauce starts to bubble. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until finished cooking. Remove from oven; contents will be very hot. Let sit for up to 5 minutes before serving.

"I’ve never had smoked scallops and I love broiled scallops. The smoked scallops have the smokey taste that you would expect. The mac and cheese are very good. Together they make a very good side dish. The cheese isn’t too creamy and the smoked flavor carry through the whole dish."
