Smoked Scallop Mac & Cheese brings together two comfort food favorites in one satisfying dish. The smoky flavor of Alaskan Weathervane Scallops adds a seafood twist to a classic cheesy pasta, making it an easy option to keep in the freezer for a delicious meal whenever you need one.

Enjoy it as a hearty entrée with a fresh salad or serve it as a flavorful side alongside your favorite seafood or other Smokehouse dishes.

Keep frozen until ready to bake. Preheat oven to 375°F and remove the film from the tray. Place the tray on a baking sheet and bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the center reaches 165°F.

If the top browns too quickly, cover with foil while it finishes cooking. Carefully remove from the oven and let stand for up to 5 minutes before serving.
