More smoked salmon than lox

"This product is just run of the mill as a lightly smoked salmon but is in my opinion not acceptable as a lox. Too much smoke, too dry and the product falls apart as shown in the photos (as opposed to being able to peel off a whole slice easily as you would expect from a high quality lox). I also suspect based on poor taste and texture that they used low quality, old sockeye to make the product. As a curiosity i noted thst the package i recieved was labeled Gerard and Dominique. Who are they? Why isnt the package branded with your company name?"
