"I have ordered smoke salmon from you each fall for years (probably decades). Your smoked salmon is a Thanksgiving appetizer tradition in our family. I ordered extra boxes and tried one last week. I was very disappointed to discover that it had almost no salmon flavor and it didn’t even taste very smoky. If the Thanksgiving box tastes similar to the one I opened, I probably wouldn’t order again."

The new Interface for purchasing products is awful. There are several flaws in the system and it’s quite frustrating to use.
