DUNGENESS CRAB Mac & Cheese - featuring a full 1/4 lb of the sweet, tender, mouthwatering meat from our region’s prized Dungeness Crab.

All three varieties feature a locally crafted penne pasta, and deliciously rich 4-cheese sauce made with mozzarella, parmesan, white cheddar and Monterey Jack. Enjoy!

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO BAKE. Ovens vary; cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Remove film from top of tray. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place tray on baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes or until sauce starts to bubble. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until finished cooking. Remove from oven; contents will be very hot. Let sit for up to 5 minutes before serving.

Tasty but disappointing

"The crab mac n cheese has a very tasty sauce. The first serving had very little crab, so I forked the one chunk apart to have a tiny bit with each bite of pasta. The second serving had lots of crab, overwhelming the delicate flavor of the sauce and leaving me wanting more pasta to balance it out. If I had known, I'd have stirred it well before serving (and will do so with my remaining trays. ) For the price, I expected more quantity than two servings per tray."
