"CRAB: Thawed 1/2 package in a new baggie, drained and patted dry with paper towel, served with melted tub marg. ; VEG: 4 oz. of Brussel Sprouts with melted marg. and bacon bits; BREAD: lightly toasted an Onion Bagel topped with Garlic sauce; WINE: a glass of Chardonnay. DESERT: Slice of Apple Cranberry Crunch and a large mug of Coffee. All started with the great Crab meat!! Easy meal."

I didn't read closely and didn't realize that this is a mix of leg and body meat so when I first opened the package I was a little surprised at what I saw. But I steamed it up and it was delicious! Not fishy, not smelly, not super salty, just a nice mix of leg and body meat that tasted fantastic with some melted butter."
