Cooking Your Spot Prawns: We recommend pan frying your prawns. Prawns may be sauteed in shell or peeled and deveined prior to cooking. Begin by heating 1tbs of oil in a skillet. Place the prawns in a bowl and season. Add the prawns to the heated pan and cook for roughly 2-3 minutes on each side, turning once midway. You’ll know your prawns are ready to enjoy when they turn pink and look cooked all the way through.

"Seabear salmon and shrimp products are delicious. I have no complaints with them. I'm a repeat customer. My complaint is with the shipping. My last 2 orders were delayed by UPS. My original shipping notices were for a delivery time of 24 hours. I live in the Portland Metro area, so this is quite reasonable considering it's coming from Washington state. But, both of these shipments were delayed by UPS and delivery was pushed out for another 24 hours. It wouldn't have been a problem except both orders had started to thaw. My salmon order wasn't too bad. But, my shrimp order was. I immediately put the shrimp in the freezer. I'm hoping that it will have the same fresh taste as always and be safe to eat."

"We have bought these shrimp several times. They are delicious. We eat them over pasta or over rice. We just sauté them in a little butter and olive oil with lemon juice and garlic. Very delicious."
