Whether grilled, pan-fried, or baked, Wild American Shrimp are a favorite among our customers. These are large shrimp, and can easily be featured as a main dish — skewer them with peppers and onions, or try a simple pan fry with lemon and garlic.

American Colossal/Jumbo Shrimp: 10/15 shrimp per pound.

RAW PRODUCT - Keep Frozen. To be fully cooked before consumption.

TO DEFROST: Place shrimp in refrigerator overnight.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: We recommend pan frying your shrimp. Shrimp may be sauteed in shell or peeled and deveined.
1) Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet. 2) Put in a bowl & season to taste. 3) Add shrimp to the hot pan and cook about 2-3 minutes on each side, turning once midway, until shrimp is pink and cooked through.

They were delicious. I had

"They were delicious. I had forgotten to take them out to defrost, but had no trouble cooking the shrimp from frozen. I washed them to get rid of the ice crystals, patted them dry, dusted them with some seasoning even though they were still in the shell. Then, I broiled them. There was no discernible loss of flavor of juiciness when I did this, and I was very pleasantly surprised"

"As usual, the Colossal shrimp were huge! But better still, they were delicious. I cooked my colossal shrimp on a gas BBQ but my son cooked his over charcoal briquettes. Cooked both ways, the colossal shrimp were delicious. I only buy shrimp caught in the icy, cold waters off Alaska or Hokkaido, Japan (when I”m in Japan.."
