Good crab - Not great!

"The crab was good, but not great. It steamed up well, but it did not crack to open. It was tough to get the meat out. I had to use scissors to cut the legs and claws and then it was still hard to get the meat out of the shell. Once the meat was out it was very tasty and satisfying. I dipped it in drawn butter for a wonderful meal."
