I’ve never been a fish
"I’ve never been a fish eater, but my friend recommended your salmon so I tried it. She was so right! I loved it. It made a seafood liver out of me and I will be coming back for more."

Salish Sea Halibut is one of our most exclusive Fresh & Wild offerings, available for just a single three-week run each year. Harvested in the nutrient-rich waters of the Salish Sea, these halibut feed on Dungeness crab and spot prawns, resulting in a delicate texture and mild, subtly sweet flavor.
This limited catch is made possible through our partners at Lummi Island Wild, where only tribal fishermen participate in the harvest, continuing a tradition rooted in Pacific Northwest history. Once ashore, each halibut is sent directly to our expert team to be hand-trimmed and carefully packed, then shipped straight to you fresh, never frozen.
Orders of our fresh Salish Sea Halibut will contain skin and may contain some bones.
Other items ordered with your fresh Salish Sea Halibut will not ship until the catch ships the week of March 30, 2026.
