Discover the second halibut catch of our Fresh & Wild season: Pacific halibut from Southeast Alaska. We partner with small fishing operations along the coast to source premium halibut from the cold waters of the Gulf of Alaska and surrounding regions. Known for its clean flavor and firm, flaky texture, Pacific halibut from these northern waters is among the finest in the world.
After harvest, the fish is sent directly to our smokehouse, where it’s carefully trimmed and prepared by hand. Each order is packed on gel ice and shipped fresh to your doorstep — never frozen.
Orders of our fresh halibut come skin-on and may contain some bones.
Other items ordered with your Fresh Alaskan Halibut will not ship until the catch ships the week of April 13, 2026.
