Preparing - Thaw under refrigeration at 38°F or below. Best results from thawing overnight for 8-10 hours.

Smoked Salmon Mousse Instructions:

Storing - Upon arrival, keep frozen until use. Use within three months of freezing. Use within 21 days of thawing. Once opened, enjoy it within 4 days.
Preparing - Thaw under refrigeration at 38°F or below. Best results from thawing overnight for 8-10 hours.

"This is the most gorgeous selection of fish I think I've ever seen. Everything looks and tastes exquisite, the packaging was perfect and everything arrived fresh. Going to be sharing with guests over the 4th of July weekend and expect a new group of converts to Sea Bear as soon as they try it!"
