Tips & Tricks

SERVING & ENJOYING YOUR CRAB

PREPARE CRAB WITH CAPTAIN ANNA

Preparing Alaska King crab may seem intimidating, but it is actually quite simple. Alaska King crab legs are pre-cooked and flash-frozen to preserve their wild-caught taste. To prepare at home, you only need to thaw and gently reheat.

To ensure the best possible flavor, we recommend thawing King crab legs in the refrigerator. We recommend using King crab legs as soon as they have been defrosted but they can be also be kept for a day or two in the refrigerator.
